When will I receive my order?
We will email you with tracking information when your order ships.
Typically orders are processed and ready to ship in 3 days.
If you order is sent via Basic Shipping, you can expect to receive your order 3-6 days after it has shipped, if you live in the following: USA, Canada, UK, European Union, Mexico & Australia. The number of days will depend on how far you live from the nearest printing facility.
For all other countries please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, after the order has shipped.
If you requested Express Shipping, you can expect to receive your order 2 days after it has shipped if you live in the USA, Canada, UK, Spain, Mexico & Australia, 3-5 days after it has shipped if you live in the European Union.
We do not offer Express Shipping outside of the above regions.
What is the difference between basic and express shipping?
Basic shipping takes longer and there is no guaranteed delivery date from the carrier. We include free basic shipping on many of our products (if the item ships for free, it will be listed in the description).
Express shipping costs more, but your order arrives faster and the carrier will give you a guaranteed delivery date.
What is your return policy?
Our products are custom printed and shipped directly for each customer, only after we receive your order. For this reason we do NOT provide refunds, credits, or replacements, except if the product is damaged during the shipping process.
If there is any damage to your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please email us at service@artforthefans.com with your order number and please attach a photo of the damage and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal.
Where is Art For The Fans located?
Art For The Fans team live and work in the center of the entertainment world, - LA, baby! Our office is in Beverly Hills.
I’m buying a gift. will the purchase price appear on the invoice that is included with my order?
You can send your order as a gift. We do NOT include any pricing on the invoice that will be included with your purchase.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to include a gift message with your order at this time.
Do you deliver to my country?
Yes (probably). We deliver to over 150 countries.
Currently, we do NOT deliver to the following countries:

Which shipping companies do you use?
Depending on your country of residence, your order will be shipped using one of following carriers:
Fedex, UPS, DHL, Canada Post, Royal Mail (UK), Australia Post, MRW Espana, Fastway Couriers.
What countries are your printing facilities located in?
We have printing partners in the following countries: USA, UK, Mexico, Canada, Australia & Spain.
Is free shipping available in my country?
We are available to offer free basic shipping only in those countries/regions where we have a printing partner. Currently those countries are: USA, UK, Mexico, Canada, Australia and Spain.
Do you offer special pricing/services for companies & organizations?

Will the colors shown on my monitor be exactly how the image prints?
The colors shown on your monitor may be close to what is printed, but we cannot guarantee a perfect match. If you have any questions about an image or special considerations, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.
Can I buy the digital image?
We are unable to sell digital copies of any of image.
Do you use plexiglass or glass on your products?
We use Plexiglass on all of our Framed Print products. Our Plexiglass does not have a non-glare coating.
My order arrived damaged, what should i do?
If your order was damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please email us at service@artforthefans.com with your order number and please attach a photo of the damage and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
