WHEN WILL MY I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We will email/text you with tracking information when your order ships.  

Production time is approximately one week (may be longer during November and December) and shipping takes another week, so typically orders are delivered within two weeks of placing your order.

Orders are usually shipped via DHL, but occasionally we use other carriers.  Certain products shipped via DHL are delivered via USPS for the last part of the journey.

We do not offer express or guaranteed delivery options.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our products are custom printed and shipped directly for each customer, only after we receive your order.  For this reason we do NOT provide refunds, credits, or replacements, except if the product is damaged during the shipping process.

If there is any damage to your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.  Please email us at: service@wowhouse.la with your order number and please attach a photo of the damage and we will be happy to send you a replacement.

WHERE IS WOW HOUSE LOCATED?

The Wow House team lives and work in the center of the entertainment world – Los Angeles, CA.  Our mailing address is in Beverly Hills.

I’M BUYING A GIFT. WILL THE PURCHASE PRICE APPEAR ON THE INVOICE THAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?

We do NOT include any pricing on the invoice that will be included with your purchase.

CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to include a gift message with your order at this time.

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

We only ship to the mainland United States.  We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

The majority of our products are designed, made and assembled in the USA.  Furniture items are typically made overseas and upholstered in the USA.
